Jobs for people who have multiple facial piercings?

i have 6 facial piercings and am having trouble finding a job (it's hard enough to find one right now). i know i may need to end up using retainers and taking them out completely. Any ideas of places that hire people who have facial piercings? ive tried hot topic already.
