I have a picture with the words EGO SUM PANIS VITAE below the picture, What does this mean and in language?

Its a Picture of Jesus in a Cathedral? a woman kneeling with her hands praying and a man sitting across the table looking up at Jesus. Jesus is holding something in his left hand and pointing up with two of his fingers. The picture is in color and is framed. In the background there is a house trees and possibly a road There are specific art designs on the top portion of the picture but am unsure what they represent Below the picture there is handwritten wording with a womens name on it which is not clear enough to read and some language that is dated 1914. with a signature that I cannot make out. In small print under the picture the words are cum approbatione ecclesiastica. There is a No. 5 on the picture also.
