i'm a B.E. fresher in Electronics and Comm branch.....i'm searching 4 job...what do i do next to get one??

i'm a fresher (B.E.) in Electronics and Communication Branch and searching for a job........ though i have applied in naukri.com and monster.com etc..... i didnt get any calls for any interview or test.... Only different consultants send their offer... what do i do or where should i apply to get a job from a company???????? plz advice me as i'm in urgent need of a job......do help me

1. One thing that will help is to expand your job search sources. Craigslist.com is a great source. I have actually created an additional job portal specifically for small and medium size businesses. It just starting out but, it might help. www.excaliberjobs.com Good Luck!
2. 1. Read newspaper classifieds. 2. Submit your profile to recruitment consultants. 3. Network with your senior college-mates, they probably know where you can get placed 4. Submit your resume proactively to various companies (HR dept) 5. Fine-tune your resume so that you get more calls from consultants and online websites you have already applied to 6. Don't lose hope; it takes time; it takes quite a time for each one of us. Sooner or later you will get your dream job. Till then all the best.
3. Normally lot of IT giants select candidates through campus selection. No campus selection it seems in your college. Do not get dejected. Lot of other sources are there. Days will come closer to you to get a good job. Register with some of the job sites in India. Good luck.
