How to get RID of the following spammers?

Now, I don't mean just send incoming emails to Spam, Check, All, & hit delete. That doesn't work. Below is a following of what I get on multiple, daily basis. 1. When you go into different websites you leave behind cookies. The sites are able to track you and start sending you all kinds of junk. Always delete your cookies, temp folders and history. Never open spam it confirms your email address and you will get a lot more . Always click on them and click on the spam button. Sometimes that stops you from getting so many. Hope this helps!!!
2. If you are serious about getting rid of spam, then Yahoo! users should FORWARD the emails without changes to nonregistered@coldrain.net KnujOn (nûj-ôn) is extremely effective at closing spammer sites. In addition, they work with the Government. For more info, see the link below.
3. Why do you think we need to see this whole list of junk? And do you think you're the only one that gets this stuff? If your blocked address list is full, why haven't you emptied it?!? Contrary to popular belief, spammers DO NOT use the same addresses over and over. They may only change one or two characters, but that's usually enough to get them past the filters. Empty your blocked list and start blocking these again. Never open any of them and they will soon lessen.
4. Most likely you're subscribed to a only about a dozen spam mailing lists. One spam mailing list can spam on behalf of dozens of different companies, sending you huge amounts of emails. Per the can spam act these emails should have opt out instructions, follow these instructions. This should cut down on the largest amount of spam. What I do is maintain two different email addresses. One I use for personal correspondences and so forth, and receiving important email. The other is for spam, and I never use it to receive important email, I just let the spam pile up in my 2nd email address. When websites ask for an email address, I put in my 2nd email address (or don't even use a real, valid email address at all). If you don't use your primary email address on guestbooks, websites, forums, and other places that generate spam lists, eventually your email address will not have been used for so long that it will stop receiving much spam.
