Why can't I find pokemon to be rescued in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Red Rescue Team?

I've taken the job (it's the only job I'm doin that time) and when i got to the floor, I checked the whole floor but couldn't find the pokemon. Then, I checked the mission objectives, it told that the pokemon was in the next floor. So I checked the next floor, searched for the pokemon in the floor but it was nowhere to be found. I checked the mission objectives but it says that the pokemon is still in the floor. Why is this happening?

1. The pokemon moves as you move. Look on your map for a yellow dot when you enter a room to see if it is there.
2. The pokemon u are looking for may be moving around or it blends in with the other pokemon so u wouldnt notice it.Try pressing all the pokemon hope i helped !
3. Each turn you move, the pokemon also move, however, normally it moves in circles, so just find the designated area.
