What salary shall I expect in Dubai, I am a Sr. Sotware Engineer with 3+ yr of experience in JAVA technology?

My husband got offer in Dubai. I am planning to come along with him.I plaaning to search the job in Dubai. What are the chance of getting the jobs in Dubai specially for ladies ie in IT field.What will be the average salary.Thanks in advance.

4. Hi! At this time, the UAE is very concerned with what passport you hold. If you hold a US/UK/Australian etc. passport with 3 years experience you may be looking at around 10-12000 dirham. If you hold an Indian/Pakistani etc. passport this could drop to as little as 3-5000 dirham. Holders of Lebanese/Syrian etc. passports may get around 8000k for the position. As far as you being a woman affecting your application, this can occur, especially if the company you are applying to has a lot of male staff. Your best bet would be to find a private company. IT industry professionals have a lot of competition from India who have many people outsourcing their companies in India very competitively. Best of Luck!
