which web-site should i use to search for jobs, where and how to get good job references?

I have heard someone saying that it is not what you know it is who you know so. It is a true saying and i myself have experienced it. I have seen stupid people who hardly know what they are doing, working at a very high level jobs and on the other hand highly experienced and well qualified people living a dog's life.

The best thing to do is go to your local jobservice and sign up, They can help you sift through jobs that your qualified for and many have workshops teaching things like resume writing, also most have websites now where you can search for jobs and they don't have all the national online crap ones that careerbuilder does.
