I need a very narrow columnar evergreen, max 6-8 ft, zone 3b-4a.

I'd like to echo on a very small scale, the arbor vitae that are seen so often in pics of the Tuscan landscape.

1. I am guess you live in the USA or Canada? And not Australia? Ok here is what I would go with: Alberta Spruce.
