I am studying ACCA, I would like to find out why I can't get an internship. Do companies only hire graduates?

I am currently studying ACCA. I do not have a degree. But I have AAT. (accounting)Companies do not select me for interships or jobs. I would like to know why or are there any other alternatives? Compnies do not hire students who went the professional route in their education. And If i want to do a degree will I get exemptioms for the degree?

1. Normally Big 4 will go for finalist or graduates. Medium or small accounting firm is depends. The chances is still there. The best is finish your part 2 and complete an OBU project by Oxford Brookes university, then u will be awarded a bachelor in accounting degree. Then the chances of being hired will escalate and also ur salary.Hope this will help. Best of luck!! ;)
