Job agencies that offers jobs before picking US Greenn card?

I'm selected for green card, and I'm in the process of collecting documents and interview in the US Embassy. I'm looking for some agencies that may find certain job before entering in the USA. I'll be grateful if you state link or other contact of such agencies.

1. I think you have to have the green card first before applying anywhere. There is the risk of you not getting the green card on time and they can't wait because they need somebody ASAP. Then what happen? The agencies will lose time and money trying to recruit you. Get the green card first then apply for a job.
