New, Free Artist/Craftsperson Directory site. How can I attract new users?

Hello- I just built a new website that serves as a web directory for Artists, Crafts-persons and related businesses. The site is completely free to use, I even set it up so there are free classified and free aggregated listings of freelance jobs. I am not so great at promoting it to attract new users, and since the site is free, I don't have the money to spend on paid advertising. What are some ways I can promote my site, www.findartpros.com on a budget? Thank You!
