How can i find the appropriate jobs in dubai from Nepal ?

I am now in Nepal. I have completed the Bachelor degree(BBA) from here. I want to do a job in Dubai which is suitable for me and my study. so how can i get the right job with appropriae salary in Dubai ? I have also a sound computer knowledge with programming and database. if u have any good idea how to find jobs, pls tell me....
