Is it worth it putting a job on your curriculum vitae at which youve been too many times late?

Grocerie store job, worked 3 years there but if i got late at the job so many times my boss talks to me about it too.

1. yes most employers when called are in fear of being sued if they say the wrong thing will only give out the dates your work and will not say anything good or bad!!!
