How can I find a paying internship or a job in the magazine industry.

I am a 24 guy from Texas and I am in search on finding a job where I can use my degree in Communications. I want to find a site where there are job postings or paying internships in the magazine industry, talent agencies, or with photography. I do have a photography background. I have looked at ED2010.com but majority of the jobs are in New York. Does anybody have any advice or other job listings in the magazine industry that I can look for?
