Is the pattern of my CV (curriculum vitae) correct?

I am not sure about the pattern of my CV is this correct or not.I just wanted you to check it, I am pasting the headings of my CV in the same order as i made my CV. Name: Home Address: Date of Birth: Nationality: Phone No. Email: (All above headings i wrote in the middle of the first page) then i used below headings: ACADEMIC INFORMATION BRIEF DECSRIPTION PROGRAMMING LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY PROJECT DEVELOPMENTS Teaching Experience & Communication skills: CAREER INTREST & AIM EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES REFERENCES Point out the mistakes in the pattern of my CV & please tell me, what should I write and how should I write to improve my CV. 1. some how not... see. objective or career intrests and aim etc should compulsary be at the top most position benieth your name, and then ....this is very important to put your experiences on the top right after your objective or carrer intrests. ...if any.... .. and then your academic info. Academic information can be kept side by side equally.. after it.. put your certification if you have any.then you proficiencies... project developmetns. extra curricular activites.... and at the last ....references... i've made up a CV of mine.. AND..
