Time diffrences between California and Colorado?

I have a friend in Colorado, and I want to know the time diffrences, like if it's 10:00 here what time would it be there? Thanks =)

1. colorado is in the rocky mountain time and california is pacific time. therefore, there is an hour difference. if it is 10p in colorado it will be 9p in california. get it? got it? good!
