  1. http://www.alaskaraptor.org/ Here's one in Alaska we saw last year. They are doing wonderful job.
  2. www.alaskasealife.org In Seward, Alaska, a "Marine science facility designed to combine a research mission with wildlife rehabilitation facilities and public education." i.e. a nice public aquarium with rehab pools for seals, otters, and sea lions out back. http://www.alaskawildlife.org/ is 45 miles from Anchorage in (the former townsite of) Portage. Open to the public. I see them mentioned in the news when some orphaned bear cub or moose calf is found. 79 miles from the Sealife Center. In the SF area, The Marine Mammal Center: http://www.tmmc.org. The is another for the northern coast and several in southern California. Also the Monterey Bay Aquarium does some rehab work. But most of their focus is as a research institution and public aquarium. On the marine mammal side, google "Stranding Coordinator" and look for the regions you're interested in.
