Where can I post a job listing for free?

I'm looking to post a job listing for the So Cal area and every website seems to cost a ridiculous amount of money...even cragis list isn't free! Anyone know where I can post job listings for free? I wanted to mention that the job is aerial construction, so I'm not sure college students would work out...

1. Try America's Job Bank: http://www.ajb.dni.us/ If you are looking for candidates with specific background, I recommend contacting the recuritment/placement specialist at a local school and have them put up your posting on their board/intranet.
2. You could try freeclassifiedads.com it is totally free to post ads and they have different catagories. All you have to do is register and thats free too.

4. I recommend you check out the Yahoo! groups (or Google groups) listed under your industry. There are many career groups out there that were created to promote job leads. They are no cost and open to all, the only requirement is membership in the group. As an example, my group PSGTechnology has over 200+ members and exchanges leads in the Northern NJ & NYC metro area.
