On a job search site many listings specify "no felons or RIO". What does RIO stand for?

2. RIO is a Offender Rating. And is looked at by most Companies. This Issue causes a lot of people not to be able to get a Job. Email me and I will send you to a Company that doesn't require a Background Check.
