Where can I find job listings in the NYC area that are not 9-5 sit in front of a computer all day jobs?

2. Craiglist, as before mentioned, is a great resource for jobs. I would also mess around with the key word features on all of the major job search sites. If you are interested in telecommuting and you have expericence in a field input those terms into the key word fields. Another option you might look into, depending on what is in your repertoire is doing something freelance. You can find pages for anything you might want to do, one that I use often is below.
