I am trying to locate a lunch truck service near Seattle?

Surprisingly, I can't find any listings in the phone book or online I've tried: lunch truck, taco truck, mobile food service, mobile food truck, office catering, office lunch, commissary, job site food and a bunch more (including Roach Coach)...with zero success. I even tried the local health dept - thinking these guys SHOULD be permitted - but of course due to privacy issues, no such luck. I've seen these trucks around, but of course now that I've been tasked with actually finding one - they have suddenly become an endangered species or something. So, I'm seeking help...if anyone knows the name of a lunch truck company in the greater Seattle Area (Redmond/Bellevue) I would be extremely grateful. My boss is starting to look at me cross-eyed...I mean seriously, this shouldn't be this hard, Right???? Thanks in advance to everyone's feedback. Kat

1. You might want to try contacting some construction companies. They probably could mention one or a few of the ones they have used at their sites.
