Who to contact to write articles for Careerbuilder & Yahoo Hotjobs?

I've looked around on these web sites and with my interest in journalism, I'm curious about writing career articles for them. I saw links like "contact us" but seems to lead to more of a customer service form. And I've also seen some "work for us" links on each, but all the job listings to actually work for Careerbuilder or Yahoo Hotjobs are technical or accounting.
