How do I find out what state employees in Ohio and Illinois make? Is there an online bluebook with that info?

For example, for the state of Missouri, you can go to http://www.sos.mo.gov/BlueBook/2005-2006/personnel.asp and search for salaries. I'm looking to change jobs and would like to do some salary comparison.
