Is doing a Phd in tourism/Hospitality management worth for getting a good job & Salary?

I have completed my M.Phil in Tourism Management and now thinking about doing a Phd in Tourism/Hospitality Management. Can anybody tell me about the scope of a M.Phil/Phd scholar in teaching profession especially in Tourism/Hospitality Management. Where can i search a job in tourism colleges/Hotel Management colleges. Any websites/ consultancy reference would do
