Could you take a moment to Fervently pray for me? for my prayer request?
I graduated from college in 06 and after my graduation, I was at a mission field doing campus ministry. Upon returning to the state, I was thinking that I was going into minstry but it did not happen. I was looking for jobs at the same time, but somehow I realized that job is really hard to find. I am delaying my seminary and if God really calls me, I would do it again. However I need a job right now. It seems lik windows of opportunity is not being opened for me. I've been searching for jobs like 7 months now. That is 7 months. I am looking for entry level office work but door is not being opened although I am doing some interviews, not too much. Could you pray 4 wisdom, joy, strenghth & that I would get a job soon in midst of my difficulty, hardship? I feel emotionally not healthy now and dont know what realthy would be. Could you pray for me for mercy, and doors to be opened in my life? I am needing fervent, desperate prayers, words, encouragements, your experences in searching 4 job

- Yes, I will pray for you. Please keep the faith. God answers in his time, not ours. God Bless you.
- I've been in a similar situation. Don't give up hope. Remember that a Job does not define you and that by not being in a ministry position you may have the opportunity to be involved in some real Ministry without the restraints of a church. Remember that God does not waste any moment of your life, it is all for a purpose. With that in mind, keep your spiritual eyes and ears open for those times when God may need a witness, or a giver of grace, or someone to weep with those who are weeping. God never stops working, just keep looking for the invitation to join him at what he is doing! I prayed for you and as the Lord reminds me I will do so again. Because HE Lives Flipperjat
- Chill out and let God work. Pray about it, and let it go. What is the absolute worse thing that could happen if you did not get a job soon? Every-time in my life when I have felt like you feel, I've asked myself this question. Then when I have answered it with the very worst thing I could think of, I realized that God would be right there with me and "everything would work out for the good of me as long as I was abiding in Christ." Remember: God is more concerned with out character then our comfort. Sometime we have to see that God is there for us in really scary times before we can learn to trust Him.
- Heavenly Father - I come to You on behalf of George, who is needing direction in his life. I believe with all my heart that when You call someone into a ministry, You will equip them with the means necessary to ensure the Gospel of Jesus Christ is proclaimed to people who need Your Son. I pray that You will open doors of opportunity for him, and supply His needs. He is tired in body and mind, and I pray that You will comfort Him as only You know how to do. I pray his heart be filled with joy and peace. These things I ask in Jesus' Name, Amen. God bless you!!! Psalm 31:24 - "Be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart, all ye that hope in the Lord." Your sister in Christ, Virginia
- I just prayed for you sweetie. Blessings to you and I wish you the best in finding a job. Jobs are hard to find depending on what career you're looking for, but if you're looking for just something to get by with while your career awaits your coming, then I would suggest trying other fields. They may bring you that door you're waiting for. :-) Try the medical field. They're always looking to hire. You can start in Human Resources doing secretarial jobs, or data entry in Patient Finance, or Billing. Best wishes to you, and God Bless!
