I would like to know whether it is possible to start searching jobs in australia while in India, before visa?

I am a B.Pharm with MBA (Marketing) and cumulative 4yrs 4 months of work experience in sales & marketing. Would like to know if Marketing jobs available for overseas candidates in Australia
