Where is the best to search for Australian Jobs that are not recruitment type?

I'm considering relocating to Australian, and I would like to have a job before I get there, or atleast an intereview. The problem is I don't know where to look for jobs. I have tried newspapers and it seems most of the jobs advertise are by recruitment agencies.

1. http://www.seek.com.au However, most employers use Recruiting Agencies, but the employer pays the recruiter. The job seeker pays nothing. It is illegal for a recruiter in Australia to ask for fees from a job seeker and the employer can not dock your pay to pay off the recruiter either.
