Has anyone heard of career network?

I've been doing some local job searches here in Tucson and I ran across an agency named Career Network. They've posted a good paying job on HotJobs but when I clicked to apply, I was redirected to thier site where they kept everything secretive. On the intial page they were asking for strange information such as my cell phone carrier. Why would a prospective employer want to know my cell phone carrier? Anyway, has anyone heard of Career Network or is this a scam site?

1. i have received the same emails....i have not responded as i am skeptical too. if recruiter got your resume...they probably wouldn't have too much difficulty reaching you.
2. I received the same thing so i put in some fake information so i could continue on. after that there was about three pages of questions about my credit score and what my Myspace url was etc. i would say that it is a bogus job offer. especially for a warehouse job that starts at 20/hr.(thats the job they advertised for me)
