1. I dont know,,,,,but be smart lots of dentist get diseases from their patients
2. Well, if you are already a trained dental assistant, then pick up a local newspaper. If you have no training, then it's going to be very difficult to find a dentist willing to train you.... consider going to school if this is the career path you choose.
