Dubai - Management Consulting jobs available? (Finance)?

I work for one of the top consulting firms in the US, doing Executive Finance Mgmt Consulting. I have been approached by 2 companies setting up shop in Dubai but I dont have a good feel of what their compensation packages look like.. i know the answer is "depends" but in general, how are compensation packages and cost of living compared to the U.S.... thanks

1. The biggest hassle is accommodation as the property price are cooked & all the housing agents are useless crooks. If this is taken care of, then you are pretty much ok. A proper studio apartment would cost you around 80k aed/ year, 1 BR would be 100k, 2 BR 130k, 3BR 160k. Gasoline is cheaper compared to US, foods are more expensive (than asia) but there are still some range of choices. Monthly gasoline cost prob would range in 400-500 aed/ month. lunch would cost you between 15-30. Dinner prob 20-50.
