Do you think recommendation system is correct and honest way to recruit and select talents in research jobs?

It has been found that in the corrupt environment a recommendation has lost its evaluation approach and it is mostly proving to be inducting meek and greedy subordinates rather bright talents .Should the Absolute ELECTRONIC EVALUATION(AEE)should be introduced online and recommendation approach should be scrapped at least in corrupt environment of india,as recommendations of mediocre executives has led to illegal influence to appoint mediocre candidates at cost of self respecting,nonrequesting bright s.

2. I still think recommendations are useful in evaluating employees. We should hire the people that are recommended by those we respect, not just random recommendations.
