If some1 is a student from a small state & d unis arent good Then does universities matter in case of jobs?

In this case there are not very reputed universities well its asked about chhattisgarh. so if someone does his/her cpllege from the same state then will he/she can be selected in the companies? please give me the answer as soon as possible. Please

1. Not all companies are picky in terms of which Uni graduates they give job to. You could have problems in some of the companies but not all.
