A good place to search jobs online?

I find that a lot of the jobs on Monster and Careerbuilder are rubbish... does anyone know of a good site for real jobs and not 'work from home and make a million dollars an hour' type job. I have a BA in Journalism with a minor in writing, have worked retail for ten years.

1. I like careerbuilder.com. Monster.com is another one, but it is not great at all and companies will spam you with "work at home" garbage offers.
2. Monster I have gotten 2 jobs from that site You can post your resume and employers will contact you but after you get a job they will continue to contact you until you take your resume off
3. those "are" real jobs on monster and careerbuilder and are for people who are well educated. You didn't say what kind of job you are looking for or what kind of education and experience you have so I suggest you go to a temp-to-perm agency in your area and ask what they have available. Or your can start your own business. Or you can go for jobs like on snagajob.com for misc jobs.
