He was standing on the railing of a high bridge getting read to jump off, when he happened to look down and see a little man with no arms dancing all around on the river bank below. He thought to himself, "Life isn't so bad after all," and got off the railing. He then walked down to the river bank to thank the little man for saving his life. "Thank you," he said. "I was going to jump off that bridge and kill myself, but when I saw you dancing even though you have no arms, I changed my mind." "Dancing? I'm not dancing!" the armless man replied bitterly... Laid off one month and just start unemployment benefits, company called back wants me to work 6 days next week? I work at a seasonal job that laid me off a month ago and I just got a call today from my manager asking me if I could work six, 8 hour shifts next week and then be laid off again until the summer. I was looking at the unemployment app, and it asks if i recieved a package and the beginning and end date of that. Will they only begin giving me benefits after all that money has ran out? If one leaves after 3 years then he is 100% vested. If one leaves after 2.5 years then not vested.
