What is a good topic for a sociological research methods project? I'm currently taking a Sociological research methods class. Can someone help me with general paper writing guidelines (Research methods in Psychology)? I am having to write a pre-research paper. Like a preliminary assignment. I'm not sure I really remember what's expected. Can I use words like "I"? For example, it says to identify my independant variable...would it be appropriate to say something like "The independant variable is the concrete and abstract word lists provided to the subjects."
